(Closed) Element Bars Review and Giveaway Ends 3/16



I hate all the additives in our food these days. Especially in foods that claim to be natural and good for you. You know all those ingredients you can't pronounce sometimes? Well, I've found a solution for that. Element Bars!


Element Bars are custom energy bars that YOU create. Using their easy Create Your Bar system, you make your perfect energy bar according to your specifications. Then, your custom bars are freshly baked and delivered right to your door. Created as a natural alternative to other bars that claim to be "all-natural", Element Bars really are just that. All-natural, using minimally processed ingredients, and made without preservatives or other "shelf-stable" ingredients that make me cringe. 

Not only will their system warn you if the combination of ingredients in your bar and incompatible, but Element Bars also guarantees that your bar will taste great or they will work to make it right. They even taste a sample of each custom batch before sending it out to you! 

I received 12 bars to review. Two each of 6 flavors. It was a great combination of different textures and tastes.

Cranberry Crunch- Little Crunch core, Cranberries, Brown Rice Syrup, and Sunflower Seeds.

Bananas A Whey- Super Crunch core, Bananas, Brown Rice Syrup, Whey Protein, and Dark Chocolate.

The Cherry Dates Nuts- Datey core, Cherries, Almonds, Walnuts, and Soy Protein.

Blueberry Repair- Nutty Chew core, Blueberries, Almonds, Brown Rice Syrup and Whey Protein. 

Detox Therapy- Oaty core, Blueberries, Brown Rice Syrup, Pumpkin Spice, Immunity, and Fiber.

Choco-lata-fun- Chewy core, Walnuts, Chocolate Chips, and Brown Rice Syrup.

The Choco-lata-fun bar was my favorite! In fact, this bar was very similar to one I created with Element Bars in the past. With a chewy core, peanut butter, chocolate chips, a little crispy rice and Walnuts to give a little crunch, it was surprisingly delicious!

Choco-lata-fun Ingredients: Brown Rice Syrup, Peanut Butter, Organic Oats, Organic Flax Seed Meal, Semisweet Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Soy Lecithin), Walnuts, Organic Crispy Rice (organic brown rice, organic brown rice syrup, sea salt), Vanilla, Salt.

The ingredients list was short, and I recognized each one. It was a darn tasty, all-natural alternative to a candy bar too. With 4 grams of Fiber and 6.7 grams of Protein, I didn't feel too awful about eating two in one sitting. I was craving chocolate anyway! :)

Overall, each bar was unique and yummy in it's own way. I personally really enjoyed the softer cores the most. Using brown rice syrup as a more natural sweetener is a very appealing option. The whole process of choosing your own ingredients in your bar is really fun and easy, and the Element Bars website is set up for easy navigation. I found all the bars be very filling and were a great snack between meals.

these actually sound good. we are having a diet competition in our house. Of course the pounds are just falling off my husband but they like to cling to me no matter what i do. these bars would be great to keep on hand for snacks and the chocolate one sounds great for those monthly chocolate cravings

my 4 ingredients... raisins pumpkin spice cashews and of course chocolate chips i like that you can add the fiber and omega 3
